We collect first name, last name, phone number and stay dates to manage your booking and contact you. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps and performing the contract.

We retain data until 12 months after departure; on the manager’s next login, names, phone numbers and notes are removed, while dates and totals are retained.

Technical providers: Sites (hosting and database) and Resend (email notifications to the manager, if configured).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

No profiling cookies or third-party tracking. Language and booking details are saved in your browser. The manager area uses a technical session cookie.
